I am not able to hear all audio with games using the next-generation Draconis Game Engine...


On newer titles developed with the next-generation Draconis Game Engine, particularly on Windows machines with older hardware, users may discover that not all game audio is being played through their speakers. This is typically a result of incorrect audio settings for the default output device.

You can change the default audio device by doing the following:

  1. Launch the product in which you cannot hear all the audio.
  2. Wait a few seconds for the game to load, or for the Draconis audio logo to begin playing.
  3. While the logo is playing, press the Alt or Option key on your computer's keyboard.
  4. Select a different output device.
  5. Repeat until you find an available output device that works with your system.
